After twenty years of experience in the production of typical food products and especially in the selection and processing of truffles, mainly from central Italy, I decided to select with great care and attention, in addition to our productions, the gastronomic excellences and more. that best represent our beloved Italy.
The selection of products consists in the research of small companies and artisan workshops which, linked to the traditions and perfumes of the past, represent the heart of typical Italian productions; this is also why we are loved and appreciated in the world.
My careful selection ranges from truffle products (typical of the Umbrian area in which I was born), olive oil, flavored, pasta, desserts, cold cuts and fabulous cheeses.
Concluding this brief presentation I can say that:
"The passion is there or it is not there, I am full of passion for this selection work".
